  2. Retailer will fill the return request form through the website with remark of manufacturing defect and submit the same in website.
  3. The C.R.M team will check the query of retailers and reply to retailer for his query.
  4. The retailer will book the consignment to our warehouse after approval mail/message.
  5. The C.R.M team and warehouse team will coordinate with each other to verify the product after receiving from retailers.
  6. The C.R.M team will inform to retailers for final adjustment.
  7. After verification of product, if the query is genuine then the amount will be refunded to retailer’s account as per the retailer’s privilege.
  8. The amount will be refunded within 15 days after confirmation of Retailer.
  9. LGPL will refund the full amount without any deduction.

UPPER LEATHER CRACK We provide 100% claim to retailer in case of upper leather crack within 180 days from the date of invoice

SOLE CRACK If sole cracks within 180 days from the date of invoice, the product will be considered for repair first and not replaced.

SOLE PASTING We will also provide the services of sole pasting within 90 days from the date of invoice.

STITCHING We will consider for repair, if the product is purchased within 90 days from the date of invoice.

DRING OR HOOK Will be replaced (only D ring) if the purchase within 90 days from the date of invoice.

LOGISTICS COST L.G.P.L will bear the Logistics cost for one side from repair center to retailer’s address.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

We provide the refund facility against the order cancellation.


In this case, before dispatching the order, if the retailer informs us to cancel the order and ask for refunding the order amount due to change of mind or some reason, then after the approval of management we can refund the amount.


The amount will be refunded within 15 working days after confirmation of Retailer.


LGPL will refund the full amount without any deduction.

We assured to give fast and safe shipping and delivery facilities to our retailers. We provide the shipping and delivery facility under the below given conditions.

  1. Cash on delivery- In this case when retailer place the COD order then after the confirmation from retailer, we dispatch the order within 24 hours as per our logistic services and the delivery time may take 3-7 days but delivery time may take 7-10 in different zone or area. The maximum order value for cash on delivery service is Rs. 50,000/-
  2. Non-COD- In this case when retailer place the NON-COD order then after the payment confirmation within the 24-48 hours, we dispatch the order as per our logistic services and the delivery time may take 3-7 days but delivery time may take 7-10 days in different zone or area.


We provide the delivery policy to our retailers to avoid any miss happening with the order as given below:

  1. Retailer need to check the carton packing thoroughly while delivery. If the carton is intact as per our packing standards then there no issue.
  2. If there is any tempering found in the carton then retailer should ask to logistic/transport party person for open delivery.
  3. In this case retailer can also inform us on our toll free no 18001200141 and mention the remark on POD (Proof of Delivery) copy.
  4. In the case of any miss happening, we need the information within 12 working hours from the retailer side to consider and inspecting the case.
